Holster Molds

Holster Molds are essential tools for any Holster Builder.
Leave the CAD design to us. Our Kydex holster vacuum molds are designed in house.
Built to last, these molds will easily offer 100+ vacuum forming sessions.

Molds are skillfully prepared using CAD ( Computer Aided Design ) and proven in our shop.
They feature drilling pilots and offered with optional Modular Attachment Blocking and Trim Jigs.

HELPFUL TIPS:
- To help with mold release we recommend spraying your mold before first use with PTFE spray or equivalent.
- Maintain PTFE or similar lubrication from time to time.
- You may also apply compressed air via vacuum holes on the backside to aide in release.
- Holster material temperature not exceed 330'F.
- Rapidly cool material once definition is achieved.
- Some standard barrel requests will ship with provisions for threaded barrel.
In these cases, the trim jig will omit the threaded barrel protection during the trimming step.
- Material colors vary with supply.

** Direct application of virgin fused material will damage mold.
When fusing multiple layers of Kydex material, allow fused material to cool. Reheat material to 330'F or less before vacuum forming.
