HOLSTERS AND MAGAZINE CARRIERS
Purchase with confidence – Holsterdude offers a 30-day money back guarantee on holsters and magazine carriers due to functional manufacturing defect.
This begins once your order is fulfilled. It is not bound to your order date unless your order is fulfilled the same day.
Holsterdude will not entertain returns in circumstances such as but not limited to:
– Users desire to consider carrying a light on their firearm.
This is the most common request for return. I simply do not have the bandwidth to support trying potential holster/firearm/flashlight combinations.
Please take the extra time to triple check your order before completing checkout as incorrectly placed orders are not eligible for refund once your holster is formed or shipped.
You deserve insight as to why the above policy is defined in such a manner:
Every aspect of hosterdudes business operations are carried by a single individual.
In the most respectful way, I ask that you only order products for firearm combinations you intend to hang on to.

WARRANTY / EXCHANGES:
Your holster is crafted with great care and your safety as priority.
Carry confident, knowing your holster is guaranteed for life.
Should you have a material or manufacturing failure during ownership of your holster, simply use the contact form and we’ll make it right.
If your holster cannot tuned up it will be replaced at no charge. Current lead times apply.
If you have a holster or other product exhibiting a manufacturing defect or fitment concerns, discontinue use immediately.
REFUNDS / RETURNS:
A full refund or store credit (at our discretion) will be processed (minus shipping) once item has been received.
All products must be approved for return and in new condition.
Any damaged product will be rejected and nonrefundable.
Use a tracked and insured shipping method as we cannot refund returns that are lost via the carrier.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the holster client.
Expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of Holsterdude receiving the items. In many cases you will receive a refund within a few business days.
(Holsterdude will cover shipping cost for incorrect items shipped or defective products received.)

It is the client and/or end users sole responsibility to perform routine safety checks of their firearms and all related gear.
This includes fasteners and related components.
Modification of your holster is not recommended.
Holsterdude Holsters assumes zero liability for any and all damage or harm incurred while using or owning their products.
