They feature adjustable retention and in many cases, adjustable cant.
Cant is a byproduct of the selected belt clip attachment style.

Matt was able to help me out when everyone else couldn’t, I guess I have a weird configuration, 4.25″ with a full dust cover but no rail and a square trigger guard but Matt knocked it out of the park!

I love my IWB holster for my Platypus. I have a ton of holster and have been carrying for well over 20 years.
